I had a question about the package weight because it was lower than what the website said. Customer service was excellent. Aman replied quickly and professionally, explaining that the 168cm model was updated to weigh around 36kg while keeping the same size and quality. I give 5 out of 5 stars for their helpful and fast response.
Delivery:
The delivery was fast and discreet, just as promised. UPS slightly damaged the box by pulling on the plastic strap, which cut into the box a bit. Thankfully, the protective foam inside kept the doll safe. I give 4 out of 5 stars for delivery. Maybe adding more tape to the box would help prevent this in the future.

The clothes did not match the pictures nor was there any maintenance equipment or a heating stick (these are mentioned beside purchasing the product and not as an “option”) but the clothes it came with were nice either way. If the price is right, like it was this time around, I would gladly purchase again even with such small alterations.

I was surprised it even showed up to begin with so that at least gives this site some points, but I wasn’t expecting anything of good quality if anything did show up but to my surprise it was good quality for the money paid, you can definitely get better but not for this price. I’m going to state this here and now for anyone who is reading this. “I am not a bot or part of this company, I am like you behind a screen expecting to get scammed” this site is sketchy but I got what I paid for. the only bad thing is the wig, it gets knotted and is impossible to un-knot. also another annoying thing is the fact you got to carry a 26lb mass to the shower to clean and drag it out to dry while trying your best to keep the pussy wide open to allow the air flow to get in there, yes it’s fucking tight. the doll doesn’t stand on it’s own despite what it looks in the images if anyone was wondering about it. I enjoy it enough that I would use it once a month, it’s just too inconvenient to clean all the time. 7/10
