Damaged Products

We take product quality very seriously. Every doll is carefully inspected, tested, and photographed before shipping to ensure it meets our strict standards.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Do not use the doll. Once a doll has been used, we cannot process any damage or replacement claims.

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]
with clear photos of the damage.

Our support team will review your photos, investigate the issue, and contact you with the next steps.

In most cases, we replace the damaged part if the issue occurred during transportation.

Returns & Refunds

Because our dolls are custom-made and crafted to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than verified shipping damage.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
Manufacturing typically begins within 1–3 days, so if production has already started, a 20% restocking and bank processing fee will apply.
This means you’ll receive an 80% refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Your full name

Order Modifications

Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
Production begins immediately after the order is placed, and changes are only possible within 24 hours.
After that, no modifications can be made.

If a change is requested within 24 hours, a $120 modification fee will apply.

Customs Fees & Taxes

We fully cover customs and import fees for orders shipped to the USA, Europe, and the UK.

For other countries, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Any applicable fees will be noted on the checkout page prior to payment.
