Value was good, the doll is really nice. But on the other hand the price asked for was 435.00 au but i was charged 450.00 au. The blanket that was meant to come with the other extras was missing. i asked if they could cater to my customisation requests and they said they could. I asked for blue eyes and long blonde hair. I got the eyes but not the hair. Delivery was fairly quick and discreet.
